No problem! From the main login box, click on “Forgot Password” to generate a reset email that will be sent to the email address on file. You are also able to update your password in the Settings section of your dashboard.

Yes! You can update your fundraising page to tell more of your story about why you registered to ride as a part of CycleMT and you can upload your own photo. Simply log into your Participant Center to make any edits.

Asking for donations can seem intimidating, but let’s break it down and make it easy! If your fundraising goal is $125, you’ll need to get: 5 people to donate $25, or you can ask 10 people to donate $12.50, or 15 people to donate $8.84. Remember - on average, you need to ask for a donation at least 3 times before someone makes a gift. Don’t be afraid to remind people to give!

We suggest setting a fundraising goal for each participant page at $125. If you surpass your fundraising goal, you can always adjust it in the participant center!

Yes! We encourage everyone to share their fundraising page with their social networks to help raise awareness and raise money for the event. To share your fundraising page, visit your personal fundraising page, copy and paste the URL in the search bar, and paste it in a post on your social channels.

Yes, all gifts made to your fundraising page will be listed in your fundraising dashboard. Tip: be sure to keep track of who donated so that you can send them personalized thank-you messages!
